  • CAN I CUSTOM ORDER PRINT SIZES?
    All fine art prints are sold in two set sizes (smaller and larger), however some works are able to be printed at custom sizes, if you would like to custom order a print you can contact the artist through the website, phone, email or social media.
  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
    Yes, we do! All artworks are available to be shipped internationally. However, please note that additional shipping costs will apply according to your location. Also, please be aware that the customer is in charge of any taxes and duty charged upon import of artwork in their country. If you have any questions about international shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • HOW DO YOU CREATE YOUR FINE ART PRINTS?
    Our canvas prints are created with Archival Inks onto pure cotton canvases that are box framed, numbered and signed by the artist and ready to hang.
  • WHAT MEDIUMS DO YOU USE?
    Original artworks are painted with oil paint onto gallery linen canvas or wood. Photographic artworks are created using Adobe and printed onto 4.5mm optical clear acrylic glass, protected by 2mm black acrylic.

  • CAN I VISIT YOUR STUDIO?
    Yes you can visit the studio via appointment which you can book through the artist via phone (0417 231 350) or email (tara@taraspicerart.com).
  • Can I return an artwork?
    At Tara Spicer Art, I take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of my artwork. Each piece is carefully created, inspected, and packaged to ensure it arrives safely in your hands. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the 'arrival condition' of your purchase, I’m here to help. Returns I want you to love your new artwork! If you are unhappy with the condition that your chosen artwork arrives to you in, please contact me at hello@taraspicerart.com within 48hours of receiving your order to discuss your options. Artwork refunds are only eligible due to shipping damage, not due to a change of preference! Photographic evidence must be offered of the 'damaged state' of the artwork that happened 'during shipping' (and not afterwards) including photographic evidence of the damage to the packaging of the artwork. Eligibility for Returns: Commissions, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. In case of returning damaged artwork, please ship the artwork back within 14 days of approval, using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Once received and inspected, I will process your refund (excluding shipping costs) within 7 business days. Damaged or Incorrect Orders I take great care in packaging, but if your artwork arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please: Take clear photos of the damage or error immediately upon receiving your package. Contact me at hello@taraspicerart.com within 48 hours with photos and a description of the issue. If eligible, I will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you. Exchanges At this time, I do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different piece, please follow the return process and place a new order. Refunds Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the returned artwork has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom Orders & Commissions Custom artworks and commissions are made especially for you and are non-refundable. A deposit is required before work begins, and final payments are non-refundable once the artwork is completed.
